Chef Erma Forbes is a Cordon Bleu graduate born in Grenada, West Indies. Over the years she has developed recipes and successfully catered to a number of large groups and organizations using her culinary skills.
Through these activities she has identified some of her favorite recipes and have shared them with the public in the upcoming publication; Delightfully Caribbean; a vegan/vegetarian cookbook.
In addition to her culinary skills, Ms Forbes is an attained & qualified Registered Nurse with onsite experience at a number of hospitals in the United States. She has transitioned to food and its preparation after recognizing the importance and impact of food & diet in achieving and maintaining good health.
